Console Club is not open yet. The only thing this website does is collect email addresses for our mailing list. This page explains what that means.
What we collect
Your email address, and the date you gave it to us. That is all. We do not ask for your name, your address, your age, or anything about your children. If you email us directly we will of course have whatever you put in that email.
Why we collect it
So we can tell you when we open, when memberships go on sale, and when booking opens for parties and weekday sessions. We send a handful of emails, not a newsletter. We will not email you about anything else, and we will never sell, rent or share your address with anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it
Our mailing list is run by MailerLite, who store the list on our behalf and send the emails for us. The website is hosted by Vercel. Neither of them uses your address for their own purposes.
How to unsubscribe
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are off the list. You can also email hello@consoleclub.uk and ask us to remove you, and we will do it by hand.
Seeing or deleting what we hold
Email hello@consoleclub.uk and ask. You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. We will do it within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
The mailing list is for adults. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to sign up instead of doing it yourself. If you think a child has given us their address, tell us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until we have been open for a year and the list has served its purpose — whichever comes first. After that we delete it.
